1 medium onions , chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
1 bell peppers , 1 each, red, green
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 and 1/2 pounds chicken breast
1 10oz. cans tomato sauce
1 20 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 12 oz. jar chili salsa
2 teaspoons ground chile
1 teaspoon ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
1 cans dark red kidney beans
1 can lima beans
1 can chili beans (pinto) |
Saute onions, garlic and bell peppers. Brown all
meat. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and lower the
heat to simmer for 2 hours, covered. Stir often. Add water as needed.
