Guacamole

Making guacamole dip |
Chop finely and put
it in a fine mesh strainer. Rinse onion under running
water and soak in water for 5 minutes. Press onion in the strainer
to get rid of as much water as you can. |

| Cut in half. Remove seeds.
Scoop the meat with spoon. Put it in a bowl and mash until it becomes
puree. |
- 2 ripe avocados
|
Chop finely and add
to the avocados: |

| Add to the avocado and
mix: |
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of freshly grated black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
or to your taste
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin powder

| Garnish with chili powder.
Serve with tortilla chips. |
