Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients:
- 1 can celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- dash of pepper
- 3 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 1/2 cup diced cooked ham or uncooked chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- paprika
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion or any available veggies like mushroom,
broccoli, etc
- Mix milk and a can of soup.
- In about 8X8 inch casserole put a layer of each ingredient and repeat
the layers.
- Sprinkle cheese on the top.
- Cover and bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
