Russian Tea Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 + 1/4 cup (310gr) flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup (224 grams) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup (115 grams) powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup nuts ( almond, pecan, or walnuts) ground to granules
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instruction
- Toast nuts, but not burn. Grind in a mill or a blender until they
become granules.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add vanilla, flour, salt and nuts; mix well.
- Dough should be a little dry . Take 2 tablespoons of batter and form
it into quater size balls .
- Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
- When cooled, sprinkle powder sugar.
