Ingredients

• 3 or 4 tomatoes( sliced )
• 1/2 cup sliced almonds toasted
  

• 1/4 cup salad oil or olive oil
• 3 tbsp vinegar
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 3 tbsp water
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
  

1. If you like to peel tomatoes, put tomatoes in a boiling water for 1 minutes and rinse with cold water. The skin should come off very easily. Slice.
   
2. Put all the ingredients for dressing together.
   
3. Mix tomatoes, almond and dressing.
