Ingredients:

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/3 cup pineapple juice
• 1/8 cup vinegar (white)
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 tbsp cold water

1. Mix cornstarch with cold water and set aside.
2. Bring to a boil: sugar, ketchup, pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce.
3. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
