Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/8 cup vinegar (white)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cold water
- Bring to boil, sugar, catsup, pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce.
- Add cornstarch mixed in cold water to thicken the sauce.
