Pork with Sauce


Ingredients for 3 to 4 servings

  • 400 gram pork thinly cut
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp white sesame
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp catsup
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp venigar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • little salt
  • little curry powder
  1. Sprinkle sake, salt on pork
  2. Pat meat with flour.
  3. Saute garlic and add catsup, worcestershire sauce, venigar, sugar , salt, curry powder, sesame, and sesame oil.
  4. Deep fry pork til crispy.
  5. Pour the sauce over pork.
