Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients:

  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • dash of pepper
  • 3 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup diced cooked ham or uncooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • paprika
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion or any available veggies like mushroom, broccoli, etc
  1. Mix milk and a can of soup.
  2. In about 8X8 inch casserole put a layer of each ingredient and repeat the layers.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on the top.
  4. Cover and bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
